" With a lovely green aspect overlooking Farthing Downs and within walking distance of Coulsdon South train station (0.6 miles) is this attractive and extended four detached family home offering spacious accommodation of about 2226 sq ft. The property has excellent access onto the many paths of Farthing Downs which offers lovely views across the North Downs, with an access gate situated approximately 50 metres away.
