Orchard Farm Cottage is close to the centre of Woldingham Village with its church, garage and school.  Woldingham Station with its commuter services to London of approximately 30 minutes (Victoria and London Bridge) is about a mile away.  Junction 6 of the M25 at Godstone is about 3 miles and provides easy access to Heathrow and Gatwick Airports, the channel ports and tunnel. Oxted and Caterham town centres are each about 2.5 miles distant and offer a wide range of shops, choice of schools and many recreational facilities.  Local amenities within Woldingham include; golf at nearby North Downs and The Woldingham golf clubs,tennis, cricket, an amateur dramatic society and horse riding facilities.  There is easy access to surrounding greenbelt countryside with its network of footpaths and bridleways.

Orchard Farm Cottage is a single storey property and is situated in a tucked away private and secluded position yet within a few minutes walk of the centre of the village.  Hidden behind double timber gates the property is approached over a paved driveway to the front door.  Inside there is a small kitchen and the reception room, with large bay window to the garden, offers ample space for sitting and dining.  There are two double bedrooms and a bathroom.  Subject to the usual planning consents from Tandridge District Council it may be possible to extend the accommodation.
