" With an elevated position on Tupwood Lane, this 2/3 bedroom bungalow is conveniently laid out and arranged on one level. Centrally located on a large secluded plot providing much privacy, all of the rooms enjoy a green outlook and views of the garden. Whilst well-presented the property could benefit from some updating and has the potential to add further accommodation by converting the loft (subject to the necessary consents). Of particular note is the sitting room which has been opened with an arch to the dining room and boasts a living area of 31ft with ample space for relaxing and entertaining.
