This spacious detached bungalow has been extended by previous owners and offers good sized, adaptable accommodation with scope for further extension or improvement if required. There is a long, central hall way that gives access to all rooms as well as the loft. Currently the property is arranged with two reception rooms, a cosy front aspect lounge with fireplace and bay window and a good sized dining room overlooking and opening on to the rear gardens. There is a fitted kitchen to the rear which adjoins the dining room and offers scope to be opened up to create a larger, more open plan feel. The kitchen is fitted with a range of base and wall units with space for appliances as well as a useful pantry store. There are three double bedrooms, the front aspect master bedroom with a bay window and built in wardrobes, there is a second double bedroom and a third double room that is currently used as a study. The bathroom has been refitted with a modern shower and basin and there is a separate WC.

Outside, there is a small driveway leading to an attached single garage and there is scope for further parking if required, Gated access leads to the rear gardens which are mainly laid to lawn with an established selection of flower and shrub borders including fruit trees. The Surrey National golf course is also nearby. There is a selection of good schools for children of all ages locally in the area. There is a footpath close by that cuts across Queens Park to the top of Church Hill and down to the Valley. More comprehensive facilities can be found in Caterham Valley and there are regular buses nearby to Croydon and Redhill. Frequent trains to London and East Croydon from Caterham or Upper Warlingham. "
