An attractive older style character end of terrace house situated overlooking the open spaces of Westway Common and is close to the bustling High Street at Caterham on the Hill. On the ground floor there are two separate reception rooms, to the front is a living room with a fireplace and bay window. The dining room opens to the rear aspect and there is a fitted kitchen with a range of units and space for appliances. Upstairs, the property is currently arranged with two good sized double bedrooms and a large bathroom and offers great potential to reconfigure the first floor to create a third bedroom. The master bedroom is a good size and faces to the front, overlooking the common. Other properties have divided this room to create two smaller bedrooms. There is also scope to extend into the loft and other properties in the road have carried out such improvements, subject to planning and building consents. The outside space is a particular feature of the property. There are two off road parking spaces to the front with a drop kerb. Trains to London are available from Coulsdon South, Upper Warlingham and Caterham. The M25 is approx 3 miles to the south. "
