" An attractive 5 bedroom detached family home with good sized garden and tandem garage. The property offers spacious accommodation over three floors and requires some modernisation. On the ground floor there is a spacious triple aspect 25 ft reception room with double doors out into the garden and working fireplace. The kitchen has access into the garden, a good range of wall and base units with space for a table and chairs. There is a utility area with additional wall and base units, a cloakroom and access from here outside to a 23 ft lean-to.

On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, the master benefits from an ensuite bathroom and there is a separate family bathroom & separate WC. An additional bedroom with walk-in-wardrobe is on the first floor.

Situation
The property is located on a level plot on a popular residential road, convenient for a number of nearby schools and amenities.
