" DESCRIPTION Martin & Co are pleased to offer as sole agent this delightful two bedroom Detached Bungalow in Brightlingsea set on a good sized plot of land with mature gardens to both the front and rear of the property and a detached Double Garage.

The property is in need of some internal modernisation which would include a new central heating system, however this would represent an ideal family home on completion.

The current heating system in the house is no longer in working order and the successful purchaser would be responsible for having their own heating system installed on completion.
