" This delightful Grade II listed cottage enjoys an elevated and favourable position overlooking the village green within this popular and well served North Essex village.

The property has been thoughtfully extended and now provides versatile family accommodation of a characterful nature with a high degree of practicality making it ideal for modern day living.

A door accesses the entrance lobby providing cloaks space beyond which is a further ledge and board door entering the inner hall. This is a charming area with pamment flooring, cast iron radiator and views to the delightful courtyard with a sculpted bay tree providing a focal point.

There are stairs rising to the first floor and the ledge and board door leads to the reception area. This is subdivided by attractive oak framework and an area with pamment flooring and a four panelled pine door leading to the second staircase.
