Found in the very heart of Braiswick is this stunning detached family home. With accommodation set out over three floors totaling approximately 2200 square feet (STS) This property is one of a pair of notable houses constructed in 2011 which share a gated driveway.

Braiswick is a popular residential area to the north of Colchester. It provides excellent access to Colchester North mainline station with direct links into London Liverpool Street, the A12 in both directions, the town centre is within walking distance and for any keen golfers Colchester Golf Club is also right on your doorstep.

The ample accommodation on offer begins on the ground floor, enter in to the home via an entrance hallway, this is made all the lighter because of the light and fresh decor and the modern glass staircase rising to the first floor, their is a good size cloakroom and doors leading to the lounge and kitchen areas.
