Proceed away from Colchester along the A137/Harwich road towards Ardleigh. Continue right through the village of Ardleigh and head towards Lawford. On approaching the village go over the roundabout (petrol station on the right hand side) and go past Lawford Primary School (on your right hand side), take the second turning onto Colchester Road. Continue to follow the road round the bend and continue past Manningtree High School. The property can be located on the left hand side of the road just after the school.
