" This charming Grade II listed end terraced property enjoys a pleasant location within walking distance of the town centre and amenities.

The property affords accommodation that combines exceptional character with a high degree of practicality making it readily suitable for modern day life. Of note are the two principal reception rooms situated in the original part of the property with the sitting room to the front elevation and displaying a fine heavy oak frame, an attractive white brick fireplace and a delightful bay window gives views to the street. A square arch opens to the dining room which affords formal entertaining space and displays a fine oak frame and has French doors leading to the conservatory.
