" 27 Kempe Road is a pleasant residential turning within a few hundred yards of the picturesque church and charming village centre with duck pond, public houses and antique shop. Number 27 is a very well presented semi-detached house that is recent years has been extended and modernised to provide a comfortable family home with high quality fixtures and fittings.

Main features of the accommodation include the kitchen/breakfast room which has an attractive vaulted ceiling and a range of integrated appliances such as a fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan and dishwasher. There is also a study, dining room, utility room with WC and a sitting room with attractive "Victorian style" fireplace with ornate tiled insets. The first floor provides three bedrooms and a large bathroom with corner bath and separate shower cubicle.

Kempe Road will then be the next turning on the right hand side and number 27 is approximately 500 yards along this road to the right hand side. "
