" 5 Hereward Way occupies a corner plot, tucked away amongst a quiet residential area in the rural village of Wethersfield. Though the house is elevated, provisions have been made for wheelchair access with a ramp as an alternative to the existing outdoor steps.

The south-west facing garden has been designed with low maintenance in mind, as it is made up of mostly paving interspersed with areas of lawn and flowerbeds. There are a number of shrubs and hedges, mostly evergreens, meaning they keep their colour in the winter months and drop few leaves.
