" 4 Strawyard provides comfortable and smart accommodation on two floors. There is an entrance hall with on the right hand side a cloakroom and door to the main reception room which has a brick fireplace with bressumer and French doors leading out to the terrace. The kitchen has been refitted with composite working surfaces over fitted cupboards including Cookmaster Range with five hobs, 2 ovens, grill and warming tray with extractor hood over, integrated washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. This room opens out into a spacious conservatory/breakfast room providing light and airy space. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and bathroom with new fittings and water resistant laminate flooring.

Outside the cottage has two entrances, the first suitable for larger vehicles leading to a range of useful outbuildings extending to approximately 1,000 sq ft. There are lawns and terrace on the south and west sides the whole providing a highly desirable property extending to over half an acre.Directions
