" Aesculus is a detached town house close to the centre, built in 1988 of brick and blockwork with rendered elevations under a tiled roof. The property has a large driveway providing parking for several vehicles, garaging and an attractive landscaped garden. The reception lobby links through to the hallway, both with Karndean floors. The sitting room has an attractive fireplace with surround, mantel and gas coal-effect fire and glazed double doors to the conservatory/garden room which is double glazed and has full blinds. The ground floor is complimented by a dining room and an extremely well appointed kitchen with a range of base and wall cabinets, contemporary sink unit, plumbing for washing machine, fitted dishwasher, Neff wall oven, combination microwave and Neff hob. The first floor accommodation offers a master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and drawers, an en suite shower room, and links through to bedroom 4 which is currently used as a dressing room, again fitted with a range of wardrobes and drawers. There are 2 further bedrooms and a well appointed family bathroom with a white suite.
Outside, the brick paviour driveway provides parking for several vehicles, has flowerbed borders and mature shrub surrounds, with a further side driveway with pergola over leading down to the garage (17' 2" x 8' 2") with an up-and-over door, power and light connected. The landscaped rear gardens are approx. 50ft x 36ft with a large terrace area, circular lawn and further circular terrace, many mature trees and shrubs, is well fenced and has outside lighting and water tap.Directions
