" This detached house was built in the 1700's and is located on the edge of the south side of the village just across the bridge which is a lovely setting and gives incredible views. The property is an ideal opportunity to develop and refurbish what is a good size house sitting in a nice size garden.The village of Moreton is one of the most desirable locations to live within Essex. This popular village boasts two excellent public houses for socialising and for that evening meal. The village has an excellent primary school and children from outside of the area are always trying to gain a place within it.While close to Ongar and North Weald, Moreton is not one of those villages that is a cut through so you can enjoy all the tranquillity you could want from a quintessential village. The community has a long history and has welcomed new comers that have taken on the country life. It is an excellent place to bring up a family in an area which is steeped in history.

The setting is lovely with its view both front and back over the fields with horses running free. To the side of the property is the village and its bridge and to the other side is the river which almost "kisses" the bottom side of the garden.My memories of growing up in the village of Moreton were happy ones and the very well established community and the feeling of being very secure. We know that this will be a fantastic opportunity for a new family.
