" NO ONWARD CHAIN An attractive and substantial family home built in the 1950's, recently modernised, with attractive render and cedar shingle elevations, leaded windows and a magnificent kitchen and dining room with panoramic views of the secluded rear garden of about 1.6 acres (STLS). The accommodation comprises of five bedrooms, three bathrooms (two en suite), sitting room, dining room, spacious family room and reception hall with oak paneling.

The bathrooms have been recently fitted with quality tiling and cabinetry with under floor and towel rail heating. The new bespoke kitchen is open plan with under floor heated Italian tiles, black granite work tops and new integrated appliances and a large centre island incorporating a breakfast area.
