" Located in the picturesque village of Churchgate Street in a quiet little cul de sac, is this two bedroom semi-detached cottage style home. The property enjoys a garage and parking space, a good size lounge/diner, downstairs cloakroom, kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms and an attractive enclosed garden and decking. The property needs a new kitchen and bathroom to be fitted and currently has installed a lift from the lounge into the master bedroom. This if offered with no onward chain. Keys held for immediate viewing.

Details N.B.
As previously mentioned this attractive good size two bedroom cottage style home does require some refurbishment and will probably require the kitchen to be refitted and the bathroom. There is currently a fitted kitchen, however this has been aprtially adapted for wheel chair use and has been heavily used. The bathroom again has been designed disabled use as a wet room.
