" Coopersale Common is a lovely village set within Epping Forest with its traditional Inn and local shop everything is close by. The forest beckons for walking with the dog, cycling or just amusing the children with your Robin Hood stories, or perhaps Dick Turpin who actually did live near High Beech in Epping Forest. The property is a deceptive corner style property with two lovely bathrooms and four good sized bedrooms which makes it a perfect family home. The garage is located at the rear and is ideal for the car or bike's etc. The garden is very private and children friendly. Coopersale itself as a village is very pleasant and it has lots of facilities for families and is very community driven, lots of people stay within the village on an ongoing basis and simply move from property to property, either upsizing or downsizing. It is all here waiting for you call now to book and appointment.

What the Owner says:

We bought our property from Douglas Allen in 2007. I still can remember how bad it was. We walked in the front door and I knew then it was exactly what we wanted. We changed lots of things since we have been here albeit in a short time, but the charm and character is obvious as soon as you enter the hall. The open fireplace adds to the oldey worldy feel of the property and the open reception room to the dining area gives a great amount of light and works well supporting the kitchen that is adjacent to it. We relocating for employment reasons to Kent and will miss living in Coopersale.
