A large first floor bathroom, reception, kitchen and conservatory with 55ft rear garden. We believe the property could be extended to the side as demonstrated by its neighbouring property. The location is to the south of Epping close to the Epping golf course and Coopersale private school. This is a good location for access back to the tube which is in Bower Hill.The views of the open farmland to the front of the property are fantastic and the knowledge that this will not be built on is indeed comforting. The property will benefit from some tlc and this has been reflected in the price. The property will suit a first time buyer or somebody that is looking for an opportunity to develop a property to offer larger accommodation for their own use.

I have lived in my home for many years bringing up my family in an area that we have all loved.I am best known locally as the Ivy Chimney's "Lollipop Lady" which I have done for over 25 years. I shall miss the children and all of the parents that I have grown to know and love. Things have changed and I am moving out of the area with my son and his family. We have enjoyed our time here and I am sure the new Owners will enjoy it just as much.
