" THE PROPERTY: Our clients tell us that they have enjoyed living here for approximately seven years and want to stay in North Weald as an area. They have extended this one bedroom house to provide a second bedroom but due to a growing family they now need a third bedroom and this is the only reason for their move. North Weald has some local shops, a library, school and doctors, whilst Epping is only three miles away offering more comprehensive facilities together with the central line tube station into London.
