" Theydon Grove is a location to the north side of Epping and the end of the High Street.As with most towns some properties are superior to others. This 4 bedroom town house is one of the most luxurious properties that you will find anywhere in this area.The high quality 16' kitchen is accompanied by an equallly high quality 18' dining room. The utility room is better than quality than most peoples kitchens.Quality of finish is found everywhere and includes the luxurious bathrooms. The wood flooring flows from room to room.The master bedroom has both a luxury en suite and dressing room. The 22ft lounge is excellent with its view of the pond and which is the main feature of this location in Epping.The smallest bedroom is an impressive 12'9 x 9'1.
