" Occasionally a property comes to the market where everything needs to be done. This is it. We have originally sold "mirror" property on the same side of the road for over £370,000 the difference between the 2 properties, the property we have sold has been slightly extended to the rear on the ground floor and has obviously been refitted throughout. This property offers similar scope for development.This original ex local authority property offers good size accommodation with 3 first floor bedrooms. The downstairs has 2 receptions, kitchen, excellent conservatory. There is a 15ft size section which is currently structured has an outbuilding which potentially offers the space for a garage or a ground floor extension. This of course will be subject to planning permission, potentially a double storey extension could be built to the side, but again local authority approval would be required. The potential to open up a couple of the rooms to create a more interactive are is ideal and this has been demonstrated with the property we have previously mentioned. Centre Drive is excellent for the tube station and also the High Street the property offered with no onward chain which makes it an ideal property for a first time buyer. Ideally this would suit a young family or someone that wants to put their own stamp on the property.

My family have lived here for many years.The house is very dated as my relatives did not have the opportunity to modernise their home. I think that this has a nice feeling and I know that they were very happy here. Centre Drive was the perfect location for them so that the high street and the tube were both close enough to walk. If needed the bus route does pass the front door. I am sure the right people will create the perfect family home and my family would be thrilled to know that the new owners are as happy as they were.
