" This excellent four bedroom detached family home located within easy walking distance of Shenfield station, being just 0.8 miles away, is in the quiet cul-de-sac of Windy Hill and has accommodation split over two floors. To the ground floor there is a walk in porch which leads through to the spacious entrance hall which gives access to the downstairs cloakroom, the extended spacious living room and through double French doors to the formal dining area. This then opens out to a rear conservatory with garden views. The galley style kitchen has a breakfast bar and fully fitted integrated Neff appliances including dishwasher, oven, hob and hood, along with a Triflow Water Purification System. There is also a large integral double garage which has space for a washing machine, tumble dryer and a fitted large butler sink. To the first floor there are four bedrooms, three of which are doubles, all with fitted wardrobes and the master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom.
