" This attractive, two bedroom semi-detached house, is located just half a mile from Brentwood town centre, which offers a large choice of shops, restaurants and bars, and is within easy reach of both Brentwood and Shenfield mainline stations with their future Crossrail links.

Located on Hawthorn Avenue the house is spacious but offers comfortable accommodation and has a garage with a private drive and parking. The house is entered via a porch, which leads into the lounge. To the left is a conservatory that benefits from a south facing aspect making it light and airy. To the right of the lounge is the kitchen, which has a window to the front of the property, as well as a glazed door to the rear leading into the garden.

Something to consider - POTENTIAL FOR SIDE EXTENSION (SUBJECT TO PLANNING PERMISSION)
