" Appearances can be deceiving: Originally built as a 2-bedroom detached home in the early 1930s, the property was heavily enlarged in 1967 to create two semi-detached homes, hence the modern look but inside a very spacious home full of personality and high ceilings, both upstairs and downstairs.

The property is located within a hugely sought-after neighbourhood which is also very popular with City Commuters, being it just 0.6 mile from the Mainline Railway Station (London Liverpool Street in 35 minutes). The High Street with its shops, bars, restaurants and central Waitrose Store is even closer, at 0.5 mile. The local Quilters Infants & Primary Schools both boast `Outstanding` OFSTED Reports and the 40 acres of beautifully maintained Lake Meadows Park is an easy 0.7 mile stroll.

The property itself occupies a bold corner plot with the front 2-Car Drive complimented by the Garage and rear Drive on the return frontage, the landscaped 51ft x 30ft Garden also including a sturdy 11ft x 9ft Shed with power and lighting.

Inside, this tasteful home has a high level of specification which will be itemised throughout each room.

The accommodation briefly comprises Entrance Porch, Hall with ground floor Cloakroom/WC, 17ft Lounge with Fireplace, further versatile reception room, beautiful 23ft Kitchen/Diner with contrasting White and Ice Blue cabinets, 4 Double Bedrooms, a modern main Bathroom and the Master Bedroom with its vaulted ceiling, has an en-suite Shower room

A wood balustrade staircase from the hall rises to this notably spacious landing, which has two built-in cupboards: a large built-in cupboard 2ft 8` x 2ft 6` (0.81m x 0.76m) and the large airing cupboard.

Wandering into this room, the eyes will be drawn to the high ceiling giving a greater impression of space to this already particularly spacious double bedroom, which has plenty of light flowing in through the two rear facing windows, themselves enjoying a pleasant outlook.

We think the large walk in closet 8ft 3` x 3ft 8` (2.51m x 1.12m) could also make a second Ensuite shower room.

BEDROOM THREE 12ft 4` x 8ft 9` (3.76m x 2.67m)

A pleasant rear facing double bedroom.

GARAGE 16ft 9` x 8ft 2` (5.11m x 2.49m)

With an up and over door and power.

Of note in addition to the main house alarm, there is a separate alarm in both the garage and the large shed, with all the alarms serviced every year (last done November 2018) by Sound Alarms.
