" Situated on a quiet and peaceful Walk-way with no traffic noise, this 3 bedroom semi-detached house has been recently redecorated and boasts a sunny and secluded garden, garage and parking and an enviable location being within walking distance of local shops, Billericay High Street and the mainline railway Station.

Freshly decorated in cream and white throughout gives a sense of light and space and the whole of the ground floor has been laid with beautiful solid Oak wood flooring. Upstairs has deep pile light cream carpeting for a luxury touch and both the Kitchen and Bathroom have been refitted.

The entrance hall has glazed double doors opening through to the Lounge, which has a useful understairs cupboard and an opening leading straight through to the Dining Room.

The refitted Kitchen has white `high gloss` units with Walnut effect worktops and a built in stainless steel oven, hob & chimney style extractor hood, all blending nicely with the Oak floor. The double glazed back door leads out to the sunny rear garden.

To the first floor are two double bedrooms & a single bedroom with a large built-in cupboard. The large Master Bedroom has fitted wardrobes and the second bedroom has a large built-in cupboard housing the hot water cylinder with plenty of room left for extra storage.

The Bathroom has been refitted with high gloss black units with a matching shiny counter top and featuring a ceramic washbowl with adjacent chrome mixer tap. Shiny floor tiles complete a very modern and contemporary look.

Further specification includes gas central heating and double glazed windows.

Outside there are both front and rear gardens, a side passage with gate, garage and parking.

The Vendor has lived happily here for 25 years and is trading up to a property he has already seen in Brentwood. He explained to us he bought the house because he loved the sunny garden, the peaceful setting with no traffic sound and the proximity to the Station - being at the time a City worker, this meant an early morning commute and so the shorter the walk the better. The lovely walk through the park was an added bonus.
