" Tucked away at the end of the popular road, this well laid out 4 bedroom detached family home makes use of every room.The large study is used as an office/music room and the owners eat their meals in the spacious kitchen, which means the dining room can be used as an additional family room if needed.The present owners have found that with young children this has been ideal as doors from the kitchen and lounge lead into the dining room making it easy to keep an eye on the toddlers and at the end of the day, they shut the doors so they don't have to look at any mess they have made.The original garage has been converted into an extremely good sized study and a new double length garage has been added to the side of the property.This home would be ideal for families of all ages and we strongly urge an internal viewing to fully appreciate the quality of space and decoration

This is an ideal family home with very large bedrooms (great for sleepovers!) and a large study which could easily be used as a playroom. Our children (aged 9 and 7) are able to take advantage of all the local facilities, many of which are in walking distance from the house. These include Lake Meadows, Hannakins Farm

(the lovely neighbour opposite lets us access this through her garden although it is only a short stroll round from Mountnessing Road) and all the clubs that take place in local halls and churches. We are also able to walk to the High Street and station which takes approximately 15 minutes.We have lived in this house for the last 9 years and will be sad to leave it.
