" This 3 bedroomed mid terraced house would make an ideal home for the young family. It is within walking distance to a local shopping parade and bus routes which run to Basildon/Chelmsford and Lakeside.Basildon Sporting Village, with its fantastic facilities for adults and children of all ages, is also an approximate 10 minute drive away.Downstairs the present utility room could easily be converted into a shower room or cloakroom.
The present owner has lived here for nearly 6 years and had the garden landscaped after moving in. With its decked patio area, circular lawn area and well stocked flower borders it would make a perfect setting for summer barbecues or just a glass of wine at the end of the day.

I have lived here for a number of years now and love the convenience of having the shops and bus routes so close, but am now finding the property too large for me and am looking to move to something smaller.The utility/storage room on the ground floor would make a perfect downstairs cloakroom if anybody was interested in doing the work.I love my garden as it is so pretty during the summer months and it has proved child friendly and easy to look after.
