Access to this delightful two bedroom staggered terraced house in the Sunnymede area of Billericay is via a long path passing the large front garden which has the potential to be made into off street parking.

Entrance is to the side via a double glazed porch with a composite door allowing space for all those shoes.

The hallway has a radiator, laminate flooring, an under the stairs storage cupboard and access to the kitchen and lounge and carpeted stairs leading to
