" If you are fed up with a long walk home from the station this 3 bedroom semi-detached property would make the ideal home for you.Situated less than half a mile from the High Street and station in a highly sought after area, every convenience is on your doorstep yet the property itself is in a quiet cul-de-sac location.Since moving here from Colchester nearly 9 years ago the present owners have installed a new boiler, approximately 3 years ago and have added a most attractive porch to the front as well as replacing both the patio and back doors.
When decorating the ground floor and pulling up the existing carpets the owners discovered a beautiful Mahogany parquet floor which is now very much a feature of the house.The south facing rear garden is of a good size and would be perfect for a young family or just as a place to relax at the end of a long day.

We moved to Billericay from Colchester because of the excellent train service into London and the fact that it takes us just 5 minutes to walk to the High Street and 7 minutes walk to the station, has proved a fantastic advantage as we both work long hours.Living here we really don't need a car as we can walk to the supermarket, restaurants and Billericay High Street, which has a fantastic range of specialist shops. Lake Meadows Recreation Park is also within a 10 minute walk and has a great swimming pool.
