" Located in the sought after village of Downham with its community feel and enjoying country views to the rear, is this charming 3 bedroom semi-detached Edwardian style cottage. Whilst enjoying a village setting, the property is located just 3 miles from Wickford and 4 miles from Billericay with train services into London.
