When I first saw my home 5 years ago, I knew instantly it would make an ideal house. I was immediately attracted to the area and being close to my daughter meant that I was on hand for grandparent duties. The fact that not only is there plenty of parking close by but I also have a garage in a nearby block, was a definite plus as many of the houses I was looking at had limited parking facilities.Since I have been here I have re-decorated and combined the bathroom and w.c. into one.I am now looking for a bungalow but will be sorry to lave my happy little home.
