Try us .And there'll probably be some wriggle room on the price too should you be in a good position to buy, so you can refresh what is an already bright, light and particularly well positioned first floor apartment. Best of all Talking about first floor, this seems to be the most popular. Whether for the feeling of extra security, or just the heat from downstairs perhaps, or more importantly for some, that it's obviously off the ground but accessed via just one fairly easy flight of stairs. .And once you arrive at this level you'll find only two apartments on the floor. No 20, like most here, has a huge hall with lots of store cupboards and space for a piece of furniture or two. You can see from the floor plan the extent of this space that leads to all rooms.
