With significant alterations from the standard; executed with both flair and considerable extravagance this home is just not that but rather a show piece too.....
GROUND FLOOR From the welcoming oak front door, welcome light and contemporary grey tiled threshold, this is a hall with fantastic impact; - if you're a keen, genuine and discerning buyer you'll certainly appreciate all the qualities of this home. Many of the features where introduced between two and three years ago including the conversion, including a gorgeous bamboo and eco-friendly floor covering that runs throughout the wide hall and up to the stairs and first floor landing area, installation of the bespoke oak and glass double opening doors and certain clever re-arrangements to the landing areas and the addition of two Velux skylights. In addition to this is a German Rational fitted kitchen by James James, integrated and installed approx four years ago. Further back in time, the garden was landsdcaped and is small and beautiful.
