" A special apartment for all sorts of reasons; not least for the space as much as for the very comfortable and very well presented, homely, accommodation. Of course the fact this is close to Oxton Village too is a big plus....

A touch of elegance.. In fact as you walk into here there's actually a feel of walking into a grand and welcoming victorian house - a house that's been tastefully refurbished. Double fronted if you will, the hall stands central with rooms either side and to the rear. Check out the floor plan and match where your furniture will go and you'll begin to appreciate the size of each room Off the hall to one side is a living room and to the other a double bedroom. Further down the hall and you'll find the kitchen diner - a kitchen with plenty of modern work surfaces, units and with plenty of room for a dining table. This is a nice bright room that catches the morning sunshine. For space also read storage Bedrooms are huge - packs of room within both - you can see the main bedroom has a sofa and still room for wardrobes and more - bear in mind to that there's a large rear vestibule area which is also great for storage and on top of that, and off the lounge, is a deep cupboard - room enough to call the 'home study'; just. No second bests The second double bedroom is also a fantastic size. This is to be found at first floor level - although originally it would have been called the mezzanine level - not quite so high up as the 'first floor' - so it's not too far away from the rest of the accommodation at all. This is a lovely room with a period fireplace. Talking of fireplaces and back down to the living room, here there is an attractive fireplace with a living flame fire. There's and a deep front double glazed window that brings in plenty of light into this charming room. The bathroom is a bit of a talking point too. Big room; big bath. In fact a huge bath - big and round: or rather 'p' shaped. Altogether very nicely presented. More room again A huge additional feature to this apartment is the basement - you must take a look whilst on your visit. Space that mirrors the size of the living room and bedroom. More than that it has excellent head height too - ripe for conversion ladies and gentlemen. Conclusion Then again if you're quick you could always buy this and the only other flat above (currently for sale) and make yourself one impressive large family house...all at a very reasonable price. However, with feet back on the ground we need to tell you, once again, what a really great apartment this is - an apartment that's a cut above many - not least for the added extra benefits of the double parking, the private entrance and the garden...and of course the location. In our view a lot of accommodation for the money. For Sat Nav: CH43 4UE.
