" You can see how all the sun is already at the back of the house at mid morning time - and it's a bigger back garden than you'd expect with plenty of space for the kids to play out in and for you to relax... This house is now vacant so call for a viewing we can normally arrange this at short notice.

'Sunny Side' A house then that's always bright at the rear of the house; good then that the 'master' bedroom, one of four bedrooms, is also at the rear; so too is a fairly large square kitchen. Dressed to Impress That's not to say that the front isn't smart or inviting because it mostly certainly is - what with its shaped pressed concrete drive and matching coloured shale, for an overall low maintenance frontage. From this smart threshold and through the pvc doored vestibule and to the hall. The living room also opens out to the rear garden, whilst the focal point is the contemporary pebbled living flame fire. There's an opening through to the dining room which could just as easily be separated. Extra space In addition to this is a TV or Playroom. A room that was converted from a garage although, in our view, doesn't feel like a conversion, more as an original entertaining room. The kitchen has a smart range of high gloss units and brushed steel and glass cooking appliances whilst tucked away towards to side back door is an ever important utility area and, separately, a loo. First floor A good landing area leads to four bedrooms and bathroom with a separate toilet. This 'master' bedroom is quite some size and the wardrobes you can see in the photograph are likely to be included in any sale. We've photographed bedrooms three and four, however the second biggest double bedroom is currently a holding bay for boxes and another home's furniture - this is the double bedroom to the front of the house. Outdoors Step out into the rear garden and you'll see it's more than a fair size of garden given the amount of internal living accommodation. Plenty of room, as we've suggested, to exercise the children. Locator Prenton Hall Road is a very convenient location. The road leads onto Woodchurch Road, itself a minute or two from the motorway for Liverpool. There are a few convenience shops further down Prenton Hall Rd too.
