Either way, this is a fine traditional 'thirties' semi which happens to stand on a bigger-than- most- in- the-area garden plot. Outdoors Outside and there's good off road parking. In fact the whole of the front is maintenance free so you might squeeze a second car on. A good modern boundary wall separates the front from the side and rear. Safe then for the children to play out by the kitchen and around onto the main garden... and this is a garden that gets the sun somewhere or other most of the day - and for that it's a good family garden and one that, a little like the house we suppose, is a bit of a blank canvas. Locator This part of Prenton Dell nearer to Woodchurch Road (but not too near) makes it nice and handy for a quick dart to the motorway, or an easy walk to the bus stop on Woodchurch Road for school.
