This three bedroom semi detached house is on a large corner plot and has a detached garage and off road parking at the rear. Broughton Shopping Park is near by and has a great range of retail outlets including River Island, Next and BHS. Tesco also have a large food store on the Park. Chester City centre is only a short drive away which is great for shopping, eating out and fantastic nightlife.

Airbus is within walking distance and Deeside Industrial Estate is around a ten to fifteen minute drive away. The A55 links all major Motorway routes to Liverpool and Manchester.
