" The property is situated within a relatively modern residential housing estate just off Sealand Road, Chester. The River Dee, the Shropshire Union Canal and the Greyhound Retail Park are all within a couple of minutes walk away. The City centre is approximately 20 minutes walk away however there are numerous bus services which have stops on Sealand Road itself. Sealand Road offers good access out of the City into North Wales, Deeside and the North West and is a preferential route for a lot of commuters who head out of Chester on a regular basis. The property is in excellent condition, it is a semi detached house sitting at the end of the street. It has its own private driveway however, there is room for visitors / second car on the roadside. To the rear of the property is a lawned garden, it is very well kept and offers some nice outside space which a lot of properties close to the City cannot afford. Internally the property is very well kept, the decor is warm, modern and tidy. Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen with a small dining area looking out over the garden, to the front is a good size living room with seating and soft furnishing.
