" This modern two bedroom unfurnished 2nd floor flat occupies an enviable position overlooking Commonhall Street in Chester City centre. The hustle & bustle of the City & the famous Chester rows are within a short stroll away! The communal door is operated via a secure entry code system and opens into the lift area (lift access to the 2nd floor) and also provides access to the car parking area at the rear of the building - there is one allocated car parking spot. The Accommodation: Entrance Hallway Painted white with light oak laminated flooring Open Plan Kitchen / Living Room Painted white with a security phone/door bell. Plenty of TV. aerial & electric sockets around the room & a juliet balcony that opens up to look out onto Commonhall Street. The kitchen area offers a fitted kitchen with base & wall units with a high gloss finish and mottled marble effect laminated worktops with a stainless steel sink unit. St Martins Way turns into Nicholas Street after the Watergate St junction & @ the next set of lights take a left & follow the road round to the left taking a right into Commonhall Street after 200 years. Parking Be careful where you park as there are restricted timed bays and double yellow lines which cover the whole area. I recommend either parking up in a local car park and walking to the property OR park in a 10/30 minute bay close to Commonhall Street and walk the rest of the way.
