" Set within large mature gardens, a short distance from schools and good shopping facilities, stands this individual, four bedroom detached property. Distinctive by design and in need of some modernisation, the accommodation leads from a pleasant entrance lobby with w.c. off. The lounge is of very good proportions with a large screen window and door to the side elevation and three high level windows to the front. Like the lounge, the dining room has a screen window to the side, wrought iron open-tred staircase and doors to a lobby and the kitchen. This is relatively modern and well appointed. Completing the ground floor accommodation and off the lobby is the modern shower room, adapted for limited mobility and two of the four bedrooms. Suspected to be added later, bedrooms three and four are at first floor level and are again of good double proportions. The garden overall is of very good proportions, mature and creates a pleasant environment. There is a larger attached garage itself offering further accommodation potential. No Chain. "
