DIRECTIONS:
From the mini roundabout close to the town centre proceed out on Withersfield Road as signposted towards Cambridge, take the second turning on the left into Eastern Avenue and Broadcroft Crescent is then the third turning on the left and the property is a little way along on the left hand side.
