MISSED PROPERTY VISIT - £50 - If we are unable to gain entry a charge will be made for our abortive costs.
CHANGE OF TENANCY - £250 - If there are any changes to the tenants or significant contractual changes to the Tenancy Agreement during a fixed term of tenure.
EARLY RELEASE FROM TENANCY – variable £125 to £350 (subject to the Early Release Procedure). If you are granted early release from the tenancy there will be an administrative charge.
ABORTIVE FINAL INSPECTION – variable - If notice is given to vacate the property and you decide to stay you will be responsible for all abortive administration charges.
