The property was built in the 1970โ€˜s and was designed by the highly regarded Cambridge Architect, Gordon Fields, to measure circa 4,000 sq.ft. The property benefits from being partially re-roofed, new windows and doors, re-carpeted and decorated throughout and certainly offers immense scope for onward extension and modernisation, while occupying an enviable location within the village.

The ground floor accommodation comprises of a sheltered porch, which opens to the inner hallway and then into the wide entrance hall which has a useful storage cupboard for coats and footwear. A cloakroom includes a W.C, and wash hand basin.
