" Caxton End is a quiet residential lane which leads to the centre of the village and connects with Caxton Road and the High Street.\r\r\n\r\r\nNo. 31 stands in an elevated position, set back from the road. It was built in the 1980s and is constructed of light brick elevations under a tiled roof. Measuring over 1200 sqft, the property offers good size living accommodation with an enclosed garden and is within easy reach of village amenities, such as the village primary school, post office and public house.\r\r\n\r\r\nOn the ground floor there is an entrance hall with a cloakroom and storage cupboard under the stairs. The bright, dual aspect kitchen/breakfast room benefits from a range of base and eye level cupboards and a door which grants access to the rear garden. The dual aspect sitting/dining room is of a good size measuring 18'6\" x 12'6\" ft and features an open fireplace with Adam style surround.
