" 2 Goodwins Close is a substantial bungalow, situated in an exclusive cul-de-sac location within the sought after village of Littlebury. The property was constructed in the mid-1980s of brick with part rendered elevations under a tiled roof and recently the family shower room and en suite shower rooms have all been upgraded with white suites. In addition, extensive wood flooring has been laid to the principle reception rooms, hallway and bedrooms. The accommodation comprises a spacious sitting room with patio doors to the rear garden, a good sized dining room and a well appointed kitchen/breakfast room fitted with an extensive range of base and wall cabinets with electric wall oven, grill and hob. The large utility room has a further range of base and wall cabinets with door leading to the rear garden, and links through to the double integral garage. The master and guest bedroom suites both offer en suite shower rooms and there are 2 further bedrooms (one currently being used as a study) and a family shower room.
Outside, the property is situated in a large plot with a brick paviour driveway and parking for several vehicles, leading to the double garage (21' 2" x 18' 6") with power and light connected. The delightful gardens surround the property and are principally laid to lawn with many mature trees and shrubs and provide a high degree of privacy.
