" Sirius was built in the late 1980s of brick and block construction under a tiled roof, standing in a generous sized plot of about 0.4 of an acre, with garaging and a detached annexe. The reception hallway links through to a superb dining room, which leads to a magnificent drawing room with open fireplace and bespoke fitted cabinets/bookcases to the side. There is a further sitting room with an open fireplace and fitted cabinet. The superb kitchen/breakfast room has a ceramic tiled floor, an extensive range of oak base and wall cabinets with corian work surfaces including drainer and sink unit and an electric Aga. There is a substantial utility room with a good range of cabinets. The first floor has a large landing area with two principal bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and en suite bathrooms. There are four further bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a superbly appointed family bathroom with a white suite.
Outside, the detached annexe offers a sitting room, kitchen/breakfast/dining room, bedroom and shower room. The property stands in a plot of approx. 0.4 of an acre with delightful landscaped gardens, principally laid to lawn with extensive paved terracing to the side and rear, mature trees and shrubs, high hedgerow boundaries, greenhouse, storage shed and oil tank. The front gardens are walled with a double electric gate entrance and a tarmacadum driveway provides parking for several vehicles. The garage measures 19' x 9' with an electric up-and-over door, power and light and the adjoining store room measures 18' 7 x 9' 6".Directions

From Saffron Walden proceed north on the B184 out of the town, taking the first turning left - signposted Littlebury. Proceed through the village and turn left and the T-junction and at the sharp left hand corner by The Queens Head turn right onto the Strethall Road. The property will be found on the left hand side.
