" 3 Hollow Road is a spacious semi detached property, originally built in 1960 of a steel frame construction with brick and rendered elevations under a tiled roof and has subsequently been extended. Set in a quiet residential location within this popular village, the property has a large garden, excellent parking facilities, garaging and fine countryside views to the rear. The reception hallway links to the family room and the well proportioned sitting/dining room with a feature brick fireplace and glazed door to the terrace and garden. The kitchen is divided into two sections with a large utility area, is well fitted with an excellent range of base and wall cabinets, butler sink, oven/grill and hob. The first floor offers 4 bedrooms and a well appointed bathroom. There is a selection of tiled and wooden flooring throughout.
Outside, the driveway provides parking for several vehicles with garaging and a side access leads to the rear garden. The tandem-style garage is approx. 27' 5" x 9' 5" with power and light connected. The front garden has a selection of mature tree and shrub planting. The rear garden is a particular feature, with a large rear terrace, dwarf brick wall surrounds and an attractive pond with water feature/waterfall. The garden is principally laid to lawn with mature hedging and plants and is about 100ft in length.Directions

From Saffron Walden take the B184 north to Littlebury. Proceed through the village and at the T-junction turn left onto the B1383. After a short way, with the Church on your left hand side turn immediately right - following signs to Littlebury Green. Proceed through Littlebury Green and at the T-junction with the B1039 turn right and then take the first turning right - signposted to Elmdon. Proceed into the centre of the village and turn right onto Ickleton Road. Hollow Road is the last turning on the right hand side. "
