Full description:
1a The Glebe is an attractive detached property built approximately 13 years ago with rendered elevations under a tiled roof and uPVC double glazing throughout. The well appointed family bathroom has a white suite with separate shower over the bath.

Outside, a 5-bar gate leads to the gravel driveway with turning area and small front lawn edged with floral borders and a garden shed. A side access leads to the south-west facing rear garden which measures approx. 40ft wide x 27ft deep and commences with a slate terrace with raised decked area and is mainly laid to lawn and enclosed by close-boarded fencing.

Directions:
From Saffron Walden proceed towards Wendens Ambo and Audley End railway station. Continue on the B1039 and where the road bears sharp left continue straight on following signs to Elmdon. Continue into the centre of the village and at the T-junction by the church turn right into Ickleton Road. The property will be found approximately 1/2 mile along on the right hand side identified by a Mullucks Wells For Sale board. "
